Effective 29 July 2026. These terms govern your purchase and use of Nrdvana. Short version: you're buying a per-machine software license from SquidEyes, LLC; use it honestly and it keeps working.

The license

Nrdvana is licensed, not sold. A license activates on one machine at a time; you can move it by deactivating the old machine (from the app or your account page). Trial licenses convert a fixed number of files; paid licenses convert without limit for as long as the subscription is active (or forever, for Lifetime). Files you have already converted are yours to keep regardless of license state.

Subscriptions and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time before the renewal date and you keep access through the period you paid for. Prices may change; you'll be notified before a renewal at a new price.

Acceptable use

Don't share license keys, resell access, or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the licensing mechanism. Output files you produce are yours; the software itself remains ours.

Nrdvana is an independent interoperability tool. NinjaTrader is a trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC; MetaTrader is a trademark of MetaQuotes Ltd; TradeStation is a trademark of TradeStation Technologies, Inc.; Sierra Chart is a trademark of Sierra Chart, Inc. Nrdvana is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by any of them. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms whose data you convert.

Warranty and liability

Nrdvana is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Conversion accuracy is verified against reference exports for the documented symbol families, but we do not warrant fitness for any particular trading purpose, and we are not liable for trading losses or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Questions? Contact support.
