Privacy policy
Effective 29 July 2026. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell and license the software, we never see your card number, and we don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
What we collect
When you buy or start a trial: your email address and name. When you activate: a hashed machine identifier, machine name, and app version, used to enforce the per-machine license and show you your machines. When you contact support: whatever you send us. The app itself sends no market data, file contents, or file names to us — conversion happens entirely on your machine.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We keep the transaction references Stripe gives us (plan, amount, invoice ids) to manage your license.
Transactional email (license keys, sign-in links, receipts, support replies) is sent through Resend. We don't send marketing email.
Retention and deletion
License and purchase records are kept while your license exists and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Want your account data deleted? Ask support — we'll remove everything not legally required to keep.
