Refund policy

Effective 29 July 2026. Short version: try before you buy with the free trial; if a first purchase still doesn't work out, you have 14 days.

Try first — the trial is the guarantee

The free trial converts real files with no time limit, so you can verify Nrdvana on your own data before paying a cent.

First purchase: 14 days

If your first purchase of any plan isn't right, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund it in full. The license is deactivated when the refund is issued; files you already converted are yours to keep.

Renewals

Renewals aren't refunded — instead, cancel any time before the renewal date and your license simply runs to the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal charged you within 72 hours of a cancellation attempt, contact us and we'll make it right.

Chargebacks

A payment dispute suspends the license immediately. Please talk to us first — refund requests are almost always faster than a dispute.

How to request one

Open a support ticket from the email you purchased with and say "refund" — no forms, no questionnaire.
